Coastal Inspiration

KYNANCE COVE

I am fortunate to live in a place where you are never more than 10 miles from the sea - to the north there are wide sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs, to the south pretty coves and sheltered bays, and dotted along them coastal villages with their pastel houses and brightly painted fishing boats and bunting. All this means I never short of colourful inspiration for my wooden bead jewellery!

Featured above are my Kynance necklace and earring range, all sea greens and deep blues with a hint of the dark rocks too. Located close to the most southerly point in Cornwall on the Lizard peninsula, it is dramatic part of the coastline and one of my favourite places to visit on a sunny day. There’s also a great cafe for coffee and cake too!
